چکیده
Co-inoculation in soybean with Azospirillum brasilense and Bradyrhizobium spp. is a consolidated practice to ensure nitrogen supply maximize productivity sustainability. This study aimed evaluate the agronomic efficiency of co-inoculation soybean, via seed or in-furrow, doses mixed inoculant containing A. same formulation. The experiments were conducted under field conditions four different edaphoclimatic regions compare seven treatments: Control without (N) (T1), 200 kg ha-1 mineral N fertilizer (T2), 100 mL standard liquid (T3) 50 kg-1 seeds, (T4) (T5) (T6) 300 (T7) applied in-furrow. Nodulation characteristics (number mass nodules) carbon metabolism (dry mass, content, accumulation aerial part) evaluated at phenological stage R2 (full flowering—there an open flower one two uppermost nodes). At maturity (R8—full maturity—95% pods have reached their full mature color), yield, 1,000 grains, content grain export measured. data submitted analysis variance using F test comparison means was performed Duncan (5%). Under conditions, in-furrow equivalent superior for total number nodules, export, productivity, grains. use formulation meets demand resulted increases 28%, 18% 7.4% compared control nitrogen, respectively.

Effect of Captan and Carbendazim Fungicides on Nodulation and Biological Nitrogen Fixation in Soybean
Soybean (Glycine max (L) Merr.) seed treatments are recognized as useful in reducing losses from seed borne pathogens and seedling damping off agents. The seed treatment with fungicide is essential in the improved technology for increasing crop production. In the present investigation two seed protectant fungicides captan and carbendazim are used. Effect of fungicides on growth of Rhizobium jap...
متن کاملIsocitrate dehydrogenase of Bradyrhizobium japonicum is not required for symbiotic nitrogen fixation with soybean.
A mutant strain of Bradyrhizobium japonicum USDA110 lacking isocitrate dehydrogenase activity was created to determine whether this enzyme was required for symbiotic nitrogen fixation with soybean (Glycine max cv. Williams 82). The isocitrate dehydrogenase mutant, strain 5051, was constructed by insertion of a streptomycin resistance gene cassette. The mutant was devoid of isocitrate dehydrogen...
متن کاملCharacterization of Genetic Basis on Synergistic Interactions between Root Architecture and Biological Nitrogen Fixation in Soybean
Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr] is an important legume crop and its yield largely depends on root architecture (RA) and biological nitrogen fixation (BNF). However, the relationship between RA and BNF, and its genetics behind remain unclear. Here, two soybean genotypes contrasting in RA and their 175 F9:11 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) were evaluated in field. The shallow-root parent, JD12, h...
متن کاملCommon soybean inoculant strains in Brazil are members of Bradyrhizobium elkanii.
The Brazilian inoculant strains 29W and 587 were found to be members of Bradyrhizobium elkanii primarily on the basis of 16S rRNA gene sequences identical to that of B. elkanii USDA76 and on the basis of reactivity with antibodies against serogroups 76 and 31, respectively. The agronomic consequences of using strains of B. elkanii as soybean inoculants are discussed.

1.1 Biological nitrogen fixation and nitrogen nutrition in soybean plants Biological nitrogen fixation is one of the most important processes for ecosystem to access available N for all living organisms. Although N2 consists 78% of atmosphere, but the triple bond between two N atoms is very stable, and only a few group of prokaryotes can fix N2 to ammonia by the enzyme nitrogenase. Annual rate ...
